I am a little surprised at how quickly we agreed on a name.
When I was pregnant with Westin we didn't even talk about a girl name because we just knew it was a boy. Girl names are so hard for me! This time we came up with a boy name and girl name before we found out what it was. We wanted something that was "normal" and easy to say but not too common. Her first name is just something we both love. Her middle name is the same as my middle name and my Grandfather's first name.
We continue to be amazed and thankful we have been given this gift from the Lord.

i have a 2 month old niece and her name is Reagan Olivia.
I love that name! Reagan is my sister's middle name (because it was my mom's maiden name), and she's always said she will name her daughter Reagan. And Reagan and Westin go so well together!

Cute!!! Sounds really good together and also sounds great with Westin! :) I think girls names are harder also, my husband and I had about 4 boys names we liked and only 1 girl name. If we have another girl one day she might have to have one of the boys names. haha!
I love it! I always practice "signing" Christmas cards with future baby names. Westin and Reagan sound great together :)

I love Reagan! That's my middle name - except that mine is spelled Regan. My dad heard the name in the movie The Excorcist and he loved it so he checked the credits to see how it was spelled and that's how I got my middle name. My first name, Leslie, came from an actress on my mom's favorite soap opera. When I was very young I thought that meant that I had to grow up to be a demon-possessed soap opera actress. WHEW, was I relieved when my parents explained to me that wasn't how your career was chosen! :-) I loved the name so much I named my first daughter's middle name Regan.

Our oldest daughter is Regan! I love the name because like you said, it's not unusual but it isn't very common either. And I love that both of your baby's names will end in 'n'; they fit perfectly together! Congratulations on your precious baby girl!

I'm a new reader and I LOVE THIS NAME! We have a boy and only had one name in mind when he was born. I have a lot more girl names on my list (including Reagan) and can't wait to have another baby- someday. Love your blog and following your journey with Westin and now Reagan. How fun!
