Winner and Christmas Mantle and Tree

First of all, the winner (according to random.org) of the $20.00 gift certificate to StudioJRU is:
#27-Andrew and Lisa!

Congratulations! Send me an email (row35401 at yahoo dot com) and I will forward your info on to Jennifer. Thanks again, Jennifer for a fun giveaway!

Second of all, don't forget there is still time to enter the Willow House giveaway HERE!

For my Christmas mantle this year I pretty much did what I have always done, with a few new additions.

I added lights to my garland and added the ornaments on the candlesticks. When I take my garland down I will put the lights on there better. I added them after I hung it so they are just kind of laying on it. :)

I still love our stockings from Ballard Designs. We got them when we got married almost 7 years ago. Cody's is the green one and mine is red. Obviously adding Westin's coordinating one was SO fun this year! :)

I searched for a couple of years for the perfect Nativity scene and found this one at Hobby Lobby about three years ago. I got it after Christmas for 90% off. I love the large scale of it. The tallest pieces are over 12" tall.

Here is our finished Christmas tree. I know I said it before but I love having it in the dining room. We can still see it from the living room and it is not competing with the mantle. When I'm sitting in the living room I love having the mantle lit up on my left and the tree lit on my right. It makes it seem so cozy.

Westin hasn't shown much interest in the tree yet. Even though I take him over to it every day and make a big deal about turning the lights on, he could care less. ;) He did roll in there the other day and start chewing on a gift. I can't wait to see if he will be into opening his presents. I think he will be more interested in trying to eat the tissue paper. Haha Either way, I can't wait!

The final giveaway of the month is tomorrow! I've had so much fun with these and hope you have too!

Thank you!

I love those stockings! I have taught my 11 month old to carefully touch the ornaments with one finger if she must and she does a good job. However, I am scared to wrap anything and place it under the tree so the closet is filling up.

I love your mantle and would love the same nativity. I haven't seen it at our hobby lobby.

Everything looks good! If he's anything like my boy he'll be up to his knees in the tree before long. Thanks again for hosting my giveaway - so fun!!!

I love that he rolled over to the tree. Ha! Tell him he better not chew on my present!

Hi! I found your blog through Kelly's Korner I believe. I love to see your decorating ideas! It's funny that you talk a lot about Willow House - my sister-in-law works for them as a photography designer. She sets up the catalog photo shoots. Her job is AMAZING!!! Occasionally you will see a photo of someone in our family in the catalog - it is very neat!

Eeeek!! I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the leopard on your Christmas stockings. So darling! AND, the pheasant feathers are awesome. We have a vase full from my husband's pheasant hunting adventures and I've tried to incorporate them into our Christmas decorating, but can't see to pull it off like you have. Bravo!:)

Love all your decorations especially the mantle. I am without a mantle to decorate this year and missed it greatly!

I just wanted to say that I always love your holiday decor and I remembered that I liked your stockings so I went back to this post! :-) I've been searching for personalized stockings with more characters because my little one's name "Emma Claire" is LONG! But it fits on the Ballard stockings! YAY! So I just wanted to say thanks for sharing and that I'm SO excited to finally find a stocking where my daughter's name fits!
