What A Difference A Year Makes

Christmas 2009:
 Christmas 2010:
Last year I was 27 weeks pregnant and couldn't fully visualize what our next Christmas would look like.  Cody and I said to each other several times last year, "can you believe next year we will have a nine month old?!"  It truly feels like just yesterday we were saying that.  Unbelievable!  But boy, am I so glad  it is not last year!  It was an absolute blast spending Christmas with Westin!
Two stockings were added this year.  Colson and Westin's.  I love seeing them all lined up.  :)
Our little family on Christmas morning.
 Westin with Gran and G-Daddy.
Westin loved his new wagon from his great-grandparents, Gigi and Papa.  It will be so fun pulling him around this summer.
Westin and his cousin Peyton with his Nana and Poppy.
We brought home a car load of toys and spent nearly all day unpacking but it was so fun seeing Westin playing with them all.  I always thought it was fun getting gifts but boy, it is sooo much more fun seeing your baby excited over new toys. :)  Even more exciting was all the family time we got last week.  Westin got to meet some family he had never met and spend a lot of time with his grandparents and great grandparents. He will probably be in a little bit of withdrawal this week because he won't have constant grandparent attention.  Ha!  We had a wonderful time and enjoyed celebrating the Reason for the season with our families and I hope you did too!

Thank you!

Your Westin is just the happiest baby ever!
When I seen on our side bar that you had a new post I thought you were announcing you were expecting again!! I just seen you sideways with your hand on your stomach! Wishing you and your family many blessings in 2011.

Awesome! BBC got that same wagon his first Christmas, too! He still hauls stuff around the yard in it. He runs it to the top of the small incline in our back yard and rides down in it. And I still pull him around the yard in it. Oh the memories!

Oh I know you had the best Christmas ever!! :) God can do great things in such a small amount of time. A year used to sound like such a long time to me...now that we have Amelia - time is flying by.

And I'm all for the arranged marriage between A&W...just let me know when you want to get together and start making plans. ;)
