Yet Another Way...

Want another way to use chalkboard paint?

I got a $4.00 unfinished wooden frame at Hobby Lobby and painted it with chalkboard paint.

When it was dry, I hot glued a ribbon to the top. Since it is hot glued then it will easily come off and I can change it to match the picture or not put anything up there.

I put one of Westin's six month pictures in there and the great thing about this is the possibilities are endless! Happy Anniversary, Merry Christmas, Go Hogs, your last name, a special date.....

You are so creative Shannon! I love this idea if only I was as crafty as YOU! I did do a craft project this past weekend though...you would be SO proud! I made Connor's helmet for his costume all by myself!

How do you make the bow for the frame? I'd love to use this idea for some Christmas gifts!

Oh, & I'm picking up some furniture that was left in an apartment at the complex I work at. I'm wanting to change every single piece of it (prime, paint, change out the knobs, re-do the seat cushions, etc.) I might e-mail you to give me some ideas, b/c I need it.
