Easter Re-cap

We started the Easter weekend off by celebrating Cody's birthday with his family.

He is trying to hide the candles. I think this year was a little hard on him. :)

Cody's family:

After lunch and birthday cake we hid some eggs in the backyard for Cody's nephew, Peyton.
Then on Sunday we went to church with my family. We didn't even plan the yellow, white and blue color scheme.

We celebrated Cody's birthday again at my grandparent's house after church.

Everyone still gets Easter "baskets" from my grandparent's too!
Zach was so quick to find some hidden eggs.

We finished the day off with some chocolate cake and ice cream. It is so funny to me how much Zach loves chocolate!
I am still trying to get my headboard painted. I think it is has rained every single weekend since I bought it. I am determined to get it finished this weekend even though it is supposed to rain again.

Looks like a wonderful weekend. Everyone looked great on Easter Sunday.... how neat no one planned the yellow and blue color scheme and everyone matched.

Sounds like a fun weekend! You look great in yellow. That's a color I have such a hard time wearing...probably because I'm always so ghostly pale! LOL!

That is so sweet that you all still get Easter baskets from your grandma. My grandma used to do that too--I miss it (and her) a lot.
