Easter Egg Dyeing Party

For the past 4 years our small group girls have gotten together to dye Easter eggs. It is always so much fun. I made these brownie bites that I saw over at Designergirl007.

Everyone comes with their hard boiled eggs and we start dyeing.

Abby, Me, Katie, Stacy, Jennifer, Lindsey and Jill

Here is my finished product. It is fun to see how different everyone likes to dye their eggs. I tried to match mine to my basket. Haha! :)

We are not dying eggs this year, my older boys are not interested and my youngest is too little. I miss it already!

Shannon,

What a fun thing to do together!

Can I ask you where you got the wall hanging with the hooks and the fleur de lis that you have your curtains hanging from? I am coming up with ideas for curtains in our great room and I lOVE this idea!

Thanks and have a great day!

That sounds like so much fun! Having three kids we have had our share of painting eggs. The problem is they get older and its not a big deal to them as in years past...sigh. We still have Madison at the wonderful age of 8... loving the eggs. I will try and hang on to her youth for dear life. The time will come...oh so fast that she too will think its dumd. Till then I will boil eggs..plenty eggs. I must say though..I will always dye eggs no matter what. It's just that much fun! So glad that you and the girls get to enjoy one another and share such a sweet tradition together. They do match your basket...SWEET~

Well, now. That looks like just too much fun. I guess my 18 year old won't do that anymore so I'll have to dye his eggs for him since he still EXPECTS goodies in a basket! haha.

Hi, Shannon,
I saw you were a new blogger and wanted to come by and say Hi. I also am new to the blogging world.
I could easily be your grandmother, but I don't mind.
Everything I do relating to blogging is so hard. The computer is hard!(for grandmothers)but I just muddle through it. Come by and say Hello.
