Thank You!

Can I just say that y'all are the most generous ladies I have ever met! The blogging "family" just blows me away. Melissa remembered that I collect these snack sets. She had some that she wasn't using so she shipped them to me! I was so surprised. They were her mother in law's but she wasn't using them as much as she wanted but knew that I would use them and appreciate them. She was right! Thank you so much Melissa. I love them.

Last week I was completely surprised to see a large box on my front porch. I knew Jill said she saw something at a store and thought of me but I was expecting one bird themed item. Little did I know, but she sent so many cute things! I was blown away and I'm pretty sure I teared up at her kindness.

She sent everything in this picture but the cloche. Look at that cute towel, apron, bird, birdcage and grass! She thought that fake grass disk would be so cute under a cloche and she was so right! Jill, I am so glad we connected in blogworld and figured out our even closer connection. :) Thank you so much for your generosity and kind heart! I absolutely love everything.

The bird towel already found a home in my guest bathroom.
For some reason I did not hit up any after Christmas sales. I honestly think I just forgot about them! I went to Hob Lob the other day though and they still had an aisle of Christmas for 90% off so I picked up this pillow for $1.40. I'll use it on my front porch bench.

I also got this toile picture frame for $2.77 on the 66% off aisle. They are making some serious room for their new things and have aisles of savings. The new spring/summer stuff I saw was really cute too.
Last weekend, we were out of town for a wedding so my mom and I got to go to our favorite flea market. Look at this cute little hymnal I found. I have never seen one so small!

I finally finished the fourth book in the Twilight series! It was a great series and I'm already excited about the second movie coming out in November. :) Hopefully now I can get back to blogging and responding to your comments! I am so behind but I think I am finally ready to join the real world again.
One last thing....I know a lot of people are praying for Harper but I just wanted to put one more reminder out there that she really needs our prayers. Go hear to read her story.

Isn't it amazing the people you find on the internet that can touch you like that? What an awesome surprise for you ----and just look what all those blogger prayers are doing for little Harper too!!!

Did you like Breaking Dawn? I was happy with how it ended, but it wasn't my favorite in the series - I'm now re-reading them at a slower pace! LOL --did you read the 264 unpublished pages of MidNight Sun? OMG it was my favorite and I SO hope she finishes it!!

Take Care!

here you go Shannon - I put this in my comments to you also, but thought I'd put it in your comments as well.

Midnight Sun is Twilight in Edwards perspective - it's unfinished and uncertain if SM will finish and publish, but it's GREAT and was actually my favorite - I hope she finishes it - she could do all of the books this way! http://www.stepheniemeyer.com/pdf/midnightsun_partial_draft4.pdf

Enjoy!

Shannon you are adorable!

All your gifts speak highly of you and how those around you feel.
We are praying for little Harper. I too had two baby sons struggling for life in the NICU when they were born. It is so hard for the parents. Little Harper is in the Lord's hands and each of the prayers which can be generated by you and others will help.
